Contest Terms and conditions

1. Contest dates: The contest starts on May 30, 2026 and ends on May 30, 2026 at midnight EST.
2. How To Enter: complete the contest entry form on May 30, 2026 to be automatically entered for a chance to win 1 $5,000 CAD redtag.ca future travel vouchers towards a trip to Colombia.  This promotion is valid for all Canadian residents of majority age. One (1) winner will be awarded, with no purchase required. There is a limit of one (1) no purchase entry per person permitted during the Promotional Period. If it is discovered that you have attempted to submit more than one (1) no purchase entry during the Promotional Period, then (in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) you may be disqualified from the promotion and all your no purchase entries may be voided. Your no purchase entry will automatically be rejected if the entry is not fully completed in accordance with the no purchase entry method and submitted during the Promotional Period. Use of any automated system to enter or otherwise participate in this promotion is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold or transferred. redtag.ca reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part if all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Notification and Redemption: The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. A random draw will take place at 5343 Dundas St W 4th Floor, Etobicoke, ON M9B 6K5, on June 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The voucher will be issued within two to four weeks of the draw date. The travel vouchers will be valid for one year from the day of issue. The voucher is only redeemable on pre-packaged vacations, flight & hotel bundles booked to Colombia with redtag.ca. The promotion sponsor will attempt to contact potential winner by email or telephone within five (5) business days after the draw. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. To be declared a winner, the potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question. Before being awarded, potential winner and each potential winner’s travelling companion(s), as applicable will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by redtag.ca, a full release and indemnity form stating that they have read and understood these official rules and regulations, grants all consents required, authorizes redtag.ca to broadcast, publish and disseminate their name, address, photograph, likeness, sobriquet, and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner and/or travelling companion(s), beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered, completes the required skill question and releases redtag.ca from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s and/or travelling companion’s, participation in this promotion and receipt and use of the Prize. In the event that the potential winner and/or the travelling companion(s), as applicable, do/does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these official rules and regulations, redtag.ca shall have the right to disqualify potential winner, and draw an alternate potential winner and redtag.ca shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner and travelling companion(s), if applicable, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner and travelling companion(s) has/have been duly selected. No correspondence will be entered into except with contestants requesting promotion official rules and regulations by mail or requesting names of prize winner(s) (for which a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope must be included). redtag.ca does/do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.  Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.  If for any reason, in the opinion of redtag.ca, in its sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its/their control, redtag.ca reserves its right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the promotion, including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries.  redtag.ca reserves the right to modify the official rules and regulations of this promotion without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof.  redtag.ca reserves its right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules and regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner. redtag.ca in its sole discretion, further reserves its right to terminate the on-line portion, as applicable, of the promotion and conduct the drawing from all on-line entries and all other entries (as applicable) previously received during the Promotional Period.
